Nothing special

I thought there would be more to this app, but as of right now, I dont see why it should cost more then 5$ the cloud functionality is nice, but its a whopping 75$ on Mac.

It functions a lot like your normal reminders that come stock with your iPhone, except the viewing interface is slightly different. Definitely get the Mac trial I didnt know about before spending your money.
